Borrowing from the Designers Toolkit
Design Thinking is both a mindset and a skillset for creative solution finding that borrows from the designers’ toolkit.
By embracing design thinking, we remain curious, develop stronger connections through empathy, enable multiple solutions to emerge so that we can fast-track learning.
A Design Thinking mindset and skillset is helpful is when faced with many types of organisational challenges from “How might we become more customer centric” to “How might we better leverage the tools and platforms we already have?”

Developing Strategic Competencies
This 6-8 week program is designed to support strategists at various phases of their career, building the foundational skills in strategy needed to work with brands creatively.
The course curriculum is designed around how strategists grow, developing the strategic competencies useful for strategists working in a creative agency environment.
The course content extends from strategic platform development to communication planning and program design.
The training has been broken into 6 modules which follows a natural strategic development arc, namely:
- Getting started
- Where are we now
- Where we want to go
- How we will get there
- How we will know we have arrived
- Reflections and integration
Each module has a theoretical and practical component that involves individual practice as well as group engagement and feedback.
